1st Championships of the Small States of Europe

The Small States of Europe Karate Federation has now come into place. The first Congress and Championships took place in Luxembourg 19-20 September 2014 with the presence of 7 countries, with a population of less than 1 million (Andorra, Cyprus, Iceland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Malta, San Marino) and 241 participants.

The first Congress and Championships took place in Luxembourg 19-20 September 2014 with the presence of 7 countries, with a population of less than 1 million (Andorra, Cyprus, Iceland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Malta, San Marino) and 241 participants. WKF President, Mr Antonio Espinós, was also present during the Congress on Friday 19th in the sports arena Coque-Kirchberg.
The Championships took place on Saturday 20th in the Coque-Kirchberg sports arena on 3 tatamis for both individual and team kata and kumite for children 12-13 years old, cadets (14-15 years old), juniors (16-17 years old) and seniors 18+ years old.
