Karate 1-Premier League update after Rabat event

Karate fans had the opportunity to enjoy this past weekend a striking new stage of the 2016 Karate 1-Premier League. The first-class international Karate championship presented its sixth event with the celebration of the spectacular Rabat tournament.

Karate fans had the opportunity to enjoy a striking new stage of the 2016 Karate 1-Premier League this past weekend. The first-class international Karate tournament presented its sixth leg with the celebration of the spectacular Rabat event.

The competition in the Moroccan city was determined by the domination of local Karatekas as representatives of the host country topped the final standing of the event following their remarkable tally of 28 medals.

Local heroes such as Achraf Ouchen and Khawla Ouhammad turned into the big stars for Moroccan Karate fans as they took the flag of the organising country to the top of the podium.Spain’s Damian Quintero also confirmed his authority in Male Kata after earning his third gold medal in Karate 1-Premier League events this season, thus becoming the first Karateka to reach such tally this year.

Japanese stars Kiyou Shimizu and Ryutaro Araga, Spain’s Sandra Sanchez, Greece’s Vassiliki Panetsidou and France’s Alexandra Recchia are some of the dominating forces in Karate 1-Premier League this year since all of them have so far clinched two gold medals in the event.
