Karate fans around the world are getting ready to celebrate the unity and identity of their favourite discipline in the big celebration of Karate’s influence: the WORLD KARATE DAY. The city of Munich in Germany will be the central point of the celebrations and the core of a memorable day. 

Karate fans around the world are getting ready to celebrate the unity and identity of their favourite discipline in the big celebration of Karate’s influence: the WORLD KARATE DAY. The city of Munich in Germany will be the central point of the celebrations and where a memorable day will take place. 

Over a thousand karatekas are expected to participate at the event in Munich. The WORLD KARATE DAY to be held in Werner-von-Linde-halle Sports all will start at 10.00 with the training sessions in which first-class instructors will help young karatekas to improve in their favourite sport. 

At 12.00 the official ceremony is scheduled. The demonstrations will follow with the Karate competition Germany vs the World closing the segment. The second set of training sessions will wrap up the memorable day.  

FIRST-CLASS INSTRUCTORS 

The outstanding names that form the list of instructors guarantee the emotion and greatness of the memorable event. World champions, legends and first-class karatekas such as Alisa Buchinger, Ayumi Uekusa, Omar Abdel Rahman, Amir Mehdizadeh, Ryutaro Araga, Luca Valdesi, Robert Hamara, Jaap Smaal and Giuseppe Zaccaro will cause a sensation among participants. 

The competition Germany vs World will be other of the highlights of the event. Top competitors from the host country will clash against the impressive list of representatives from all over the world in a spectacular demonstration. 

The WORLD KARATE DAY aims at demonstrating Karate’s harmony and singularity while celebrating the inclusion of the sport in the programme of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.
